Green Streets: Urban Green and Birth Outcomes

The similarity of the relationship between street trees and the odds of preterm birth among mothers in deprived tracts and mothers in the overall study population suggests that nearby street trees could be protective against preterm birth for pregnant women regardless of their socioeconomic status.
